IMG1409smallWith his range of experience in private practice and state government, Mark White is equipped to provide competent, courteous service to a wide variety of clients from all over Arkansas.

He devotes the majority of his law practice to representing injured workers in claims for workers' compensation and Social Security Disability benefits. He also devotes a significant amount of time to civil litigation in a variety of matters, including business litigation, personal injury, and insurance disputes. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, and he handles cases from the entire state.

In 2006, Mr. White was named a Special Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Arkansas. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission. He also spent four years as Policy Advisor to the Governor of Arkansas, working on the Governor's behalf with the Legislature and with many of the state's regulatory agencies, including the Labor Department, the Workers' Compensation Commission, the Bank Department, the Insurance Department, and the Department of Environmental Quality.

Mr. White holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas and a bachelor's degree from Ouachita Baptist University. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Arkansas Trial Lawyers' Association.
